Today, it stands as one of the globe’s premier luxury villa rental specialists, showcasing a prestigious portfolio featuring over 4,000 villas across 50 of the world’s most exquisite holiday destinations.
The Top Villas Story
The narrative of Top Villas commenced with a modest portfolio of merely three family villas in Orlando. James and Tom, the visionary brothers behind the venture, approached me with the idea of expanding their vacation rental business beyond its initial offerings.
Embracing the excitement of this startup challenge, we collaborated closely to establish and build the brand from the ground up.

Identity
A requirement of the logo was that it was timeless, simple and flexible.
The brothers wanted a shape of a house in the logo, and after a lot of ideating we kept it very simple (removing windows, trees and doors). The logo developed, although simple, is very flexible and scalable.
Print Deliverables
I curated an array of design assets, including sales brochures, portfolios, welcome packs, and various printed materials. In addition, I crafted compelling web banners and social media templates.
The design ethos embodies a sleek aesthetic, mirroring the refined lifestyle of potential clients interested in luxury vacation rentals. Each piece features quality photography, concise paragraphs, and content that effectively communicates the services offered, demonstrating a keen understanding of the target demographic and their values.
