🧠 The Challenge

OCRO is a boutique Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency helping businesses improve digital performance through data-driven strategies. While their team was strong in analytics and experimentation, their own website lacked the clarity, structure, and brand identity needed to reflect their expertise.

The goal was to create a professional, scalable digital presence that communicates their value, while also equipping them with reusable assets for marketing and growth.

Discovery & Strategy

Audited existing materials and reviewed competitor CRO agencies

Identified content gaps and UX friction points in the original website

Defined user personas based on agency clients (marketing managers, eCommerce leads, founders)

Information Architecture

Created a clean and purposeful sitemap, focused on clear value communication, services, results, and credibility

Developed user flows for key conversion goals (e.g. lead form submission, case study exploration)

UX Design

Sketched and wireframed key templates (homepage, services, case studies, blog, contact)

Focused on visual clarity, scannability, and conversion-focused UI patterns

Design System in Figma

Created a scalable design system covering:

Typography

Grids & spacing

UI components (buttons, forms, cards, nav, etc.)

Iconography and colour usage

Ensured flexibility for both web and social formats

Social Media Templates

Designed modular templates for quotes, results, client logos, and data snippets

Optimised for speed and consistency across platforms

👤 User Personas

User personas helped define OCRO’s ideal clients and guided the overall design approach. These fictional profiles represented key audience types and gave insight into their goals, challenges, and what they look for in a CRO partner.

These personas shaped content decisions, navigation, and how we presented case studies and results — making sure the site speaks directly to the right people.
